What I learned during this time is that we don’t need a lot to be happy. A simpler life can be a happier life.
Leading a life of simplicity with less obligations, less go go go and more time to stop and look at nature around us makes us happier.
What I learned is that family is everything. Family is the backbone of who I am and what matters most to me. If I didn’t have a family during this time, I would feel so lonely.
I learned that it’s actually so important for me to have physical touch to show people how much I enjoy being with them.
I learned how to wear a mask and why we wear masks.
