Musicians at TBE

Our voices and prayer are elevated by the finest musicians in the Greater Boston area.

Noah Aronson

Noah Aronson joins us for High Holy Days and several Shabbat services throughout the year. His album Left Side of the Page was cutting edge in its weaving of English poetry and Hebrew prayer. Several of those compositions are well known both within in our community and throughout the Reform movement.

Dr. Victor Cayres

Dr. Cayres, an award-winning pianist, received his doctorate in piano performance from Boston University. He is our regular accompanist who joins us for Shabbatot, High Holidays, and special occasions throughout the year.

Ben Hoadley

Ben Hoadley is a TBE member and multi-instrumentalist who has worked in a variety of musical settings over his years within the community. He co-leads our TBE Children’s Choir and T’filah Band, and plays in ensembles for special events and holidays. Ben grew up in Berkshire County, MA and attended URJ Eisner Camp as both a camper and counselor/songleader and eventually became the Music Director for two summers. Outside of TBE, Ben has performed with many notable contemporary Jewish Musicians, as well as secular regional rock bands. Ben is currently a math and academic support teacher at Newton North High School, and lives in Norwood with his wife Emily and daughter Shira.
