B’Yachad Story Presentations (In Person)
- Sunday, May 5, 2024
- 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Program Leader: Cantor Josh Rosenberg
This year, our 6th and 7th grade students in B’Yachad have been studying formative Jewish stories as part of their “Ancient Wisdom, Modern Problems” curriculum. Following a new project-based learning model, they will be presenting their own choice of Jewish stories as part of Erev Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day), an evening which calls us to lift up the memories of those that came before us.
B’Yachad students will also be participating in the observance of Erev Yom HaShoah at 6pm.
Registration: No registration is required to participate in this program.
Sponsored by B’Yachad, Temple Beth Elohim’s 6th and 7th grade learning program. It includes classroom learning, community service work, informal learning on a Shabbaton (retreat), community building, social activities, and JELY (junior youth group).
