Eva’s Promise Film Screening (In Person)

in anticipation of Yom Hashoah, Holocaust Memorial Day, join us for a special TBE screening of an extraordinary new documentary about Holocaust survivor Eva Schloss and the creative legacy of her brother Heinz Geiringer (z””l). Eva, whose mother married Otto Frank after the war, is the posthumous step-sister of Anne Frank. While her family lived parallel lives to the Franks in Amsterdam, their story is just now coming to light. Rabbi Saphire, Producer Susan Kerner and Tufts professor, Dr. Barbara Grossman, who teaches a course on The Holocaust and Genocide on Stage and Screen will join us for a moderated Q&A after the film.
