Opening to Shalom (Wholeness) Through Kind and Curious Self-Reflection (Online)

Elul, the month leading up to Rosh Hashanah, is a time for self-reflection; for “taking an account of our souls.” Alison Kur will guide us in exploring the three step process used in Tikkun Middot practice (cultivating our soul traits) as a structure to support our spiritual preparation for the High Holy Days.

Registration

Once you have registered, your unique access link will be emailed to you. For classes that meet for multiple sessions, you only need to register once.
