- Program Leader: Julie Wald
Are you finding it challenging to take time for your own self care? With so many hopes and dreams for our kids, and so many obstacles to well-being in today’s world, do you need a way to organize and prioritize what matters most for your children?
Join Julie Wald, founder, CEO, and Chief Wellness Officer at Golden as she looks at our own self-care, as well as our children’s day-to-day lives, through the lens of The Four Pillars of Wellness, which are the essential ingredients that both parents and children need to thrive. We will look at how using this simple framework can impact the nervous system, behavior, relationships, sleep, and more. There will be an opportunity to reflect on the interconnected areas of your families well being, develop clarity about where you want to make changes and translate this information into meaningful goals and actionable next steps.
Sponsored by Families with Young Children and The Well at TBE
Families with children ages 0–5, join us for events throughout the year. Older siblings are welcome, too! Enjoy Jewish holidays and celebrations designed to engage your little ones and build connections among families. Parents, participate in classes and programs to explore Jewish values in family life and build community at social events!
This program is part of The Well at TBE, Institute for Integrative Health, Wellness, and Spirituality. The Well at TBE integrates Jewish spiritual practices and modern mindfulness tools and techniques to provide a source of wellbeing through learning, practice, prayer, and support for individuals on their own and in community.
