This course is part of our Wednesdays at the Well programming. Why is it so often difficult to live the loving lives to which we aspire? How can we become wiser and more responsive, instead of triggered and reactive? Tikkun middot is a Jewish practice for cultivating desirable middot, or character traits, including generosity, patience, balance, trust, and courage. The practice is grounded in Jewish teachings, mindfulness practice, and peer to peer exploration. It is a powerful and practical tool for aligning our actions with our most deeply held values. Tikkun middot practice is for anyone who wants to more often be their “best self” in the actions of daily life.

This class is open to new and returning participants. If you are new to this class, please also sign up for the two-session introduction. If you have studied this practice in the past and would like to join the group, please be in touch with Lynn Burke Harrell, lharrell@tbewellesley.gtstaging.com.
