How can Jewish wisdom help us align our deeply held values with how we walk through our everyday lives and relationships? How can we become wiser and more responsive, instead of triggered and reactive? Tikkun middot is a Jewish practice for cultivating desirable middot, or character traits, including generosity, patience, balance, trust, and courage. The practice is grounded in Jewish teachings, mindfulness practice, and peer to peer exploration. Tikkun middot practice is for anyone who wants to more often be their “best self” in the actions of daily life.
