The past several months have definitely taught me to remember to breathe and be in the moment. To go out and enjoy nature more often. I think we take these things sometimes for granted and don’t appreciate the beauty that is all around us. We have gone on many nature walks, and spent most of spring and summer being outdoors… and just remembered that not only was it safer during Covid but that it is good for your soul. To just get away from the house, from electronics, from work, or even just the day to day struggles that life can throw at you…. and just breathe.
