TBE’s Community Voice

I have had to adapt to working from home not only on zoom but the fact that I am home all day now.  It was a challenge at first but now I see the positive side of it.  The only negative is not being able to have face to face interactions with patients and colleagues.

The joys have been many.  My first Grandchild was born in April.  We have been able to see him somewhat in person.  He is the biggest joy during this time.  There is nothing better than a baby’s giggles.

The other joy is to be able to attend TBE minyon and talmud classes.  Previously I attended Talmud but not Minyon.  I am enjoying both for the interactions with others as well as the wisdom of the Rabbis who officiate.

It has been a plus for our family to bond even more than previously.  We have had more contact with our children either by phone or in person.  We are limiting our contact with others, especially because of the baby, thus we have enjoyed the warmth and support of our immediate family.

May the New Year bring peace, health, and the ability to be together in person.
