Daphna Bernstein joins TBE as our new Mental Health Clinician Facilitator in partnership with Wellesley Human Relations Service. We are excited to welcome her to our community! Read Daphna’s bio:
Daphna Bernstein is an associate clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience working with children, youth, and individuals as an agent of guidance and support. She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston College and her BA in Social Work from Ben Gurion University in Israel.
Her professional life includes working as a mental health therapist in various settings such as schools, counseling centers, and in-home therapy providing individual therapy, group therapy, parenting guidance, crisis intervention and case management.
Daphna has a special interest in practicing community social work that includes conducting evaluations, assessing needs, and making referrals to resources in the community to help promote health and wellness.
Daphna relocated from Israel 13 years ago to the United States and she is living in Newton with her husband and three kids. She enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with her family.
